      User Verification

      There are two ways in which you can verify your users:

      • Veriff: You can use this third-party provider to prompt your users to upload their driving licenses. This can either be done in the sign-up flow or only for certain vehicle categories.
        • Please go to Veriff to read more about the process and the different ways to use it.
      • Manual Verification: If you don’t want to use Veriff but still want to approve your users before they start using your vehicles, it is possible to activate a manual verification.
        • Keep in mind that this requires a manual effort from the operator so it is not recommended for bigger fleets or with operations in big cities.
