Create vouchers that can be given out by customer support teams.

A complaining customer is one that wants help. Whenever you deal with a customer, you can fix a negative experience by offering a voucher.

With customer care vouchers:

  • you improve customer service
  • you make it easy for your customer support teams to give out a voucher
  • you can check how many vouchers you give out
  • you can monitor if those vouchers are used

How to create a customer care voucher

  1. Go to your billable branch
  2. Go to Settings / Vouchers
  3. Click Create voucher
  4. Give it a name
  5. Select Customer care as the type
  6. Select the account type:
    • User: which can be used for regular users and business accounts or
    • Group: which can be used for business accounts only
  7. Set a value
  8. Further edit the voucher in the voucher quick-view and activate it when you are ready

How to give out a customer care voucher?

  1. Open the User quick-view
  2. Click the Vouchers tab
  3. Click Add voucher
  4. Select the voucher and add a note

The reason is added as a note. It is visible in the Notes tab.

Note:

A customer care voucher can also be used for other purposes, whenever there is a need to add credits to the balance of a customer, depending on your use case or business model. Also please note that disabling any voucherable prevents the users from redeeming it. It does not deactivate the already redeemed voucher for the users.
