Select dates in the calendar

Select a pick-up and return time

Select a vehicle category

When the pick up and return date & time is selected, user sees all available vehicle categories (with at least one available vehicle for selected time slot) with total amount to pay calculated for the selected period.

Booking summary

After selecting the desired vehicle category, a summary screen appears that the end user needs to confirm.

When pressing 'Confirm', the end user will see a success message, that can be modified via 'Localization' in the dashboard.

Edit an upcoming booking

The booking can be edited or canceled at later stage if needed.

Activation

Time intervals

The standard time intervals for booking can be adjusted to the following pre-fixed values:

• 15 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 60 minutes

The below example below shows intervals of 15 minutes. Please contact support@gourban.co to change this configuration.

Default values during selection

The default time interval showing can be freely configured e.g. 09:00h - 10:00h (like in the example below) or 08:31h - 19:47h etc.
