Get an overview of vouchers for the selected branch.
Note: This tab will only be visible when a billable branch is selected.
What is considered a voucher?
Everything that adds credits or discounts to be used on a future ride, like packages, subscriptions, or even just adding credits in the dashboard is considered a voucher.
Note: this graph does not display the VALUE of the vouchers, but the redeemed count.
The table below the graph shows the percentage of all vouchers for the given settings.
Redeem count
Sum of all vouchers for the selected billable branch.
Dropdown menu
There are two dropdown menus on the top right of the graph available. The left one gives you the opportunity to filter by the types of vouchers described below. The right one gives you the opportunity to filter by the voucher name.
Cashback
The total amount of cashback vouchers added to users after a ride. This voucher type is automatically added to the user after a ride if the feature is enabled and he met the criteria of that voucher.
Customer care
The total amount of vouchers was added manually by the customer care team in the User quick-view.
Package
The total amount of packages bought by users.
Sign-up
The total amount of sign-up vouchers redeemed. Sign-up vouchers are added automatically when a user signs up if it is configured in the branch.
Subscription
Displayed as Membership in the app. The number of bought or renewed subscriptions.
Referral
The number of users who referred AND got referred.
Promotion
The total amount of redeemed promotions.
Note: Geofence promotion are not vouchers, thus they are not added to this sum.
Correction
Settlements done manually in the dashboard via the User quick-view balance tab.
By admin
Total amount of times an admin/customer support added credits to a user via the dashboard.
Unknown
Custom vouchers or vouchers not yet supported in the analytics view.
Settlement
Amount of settlements done for users. Settlements are triggered automatically if the user has a credit card added and the balance is negative after a rental.
Top up
Legacy voucher types. Not supported anymore.
Reward
Vouchers added to users when they rent a reward vehicle and deliver it to a reward station.
Single use
The total amount of single-use vouchers redeemed by users.
