Cashback

Users get a voucher for settlements made with certain payment methods. This type of voucher is not visible unless it is activated. Please contact Customer Success for more information on how to activate it.

Create a voucher

  1. Go to your billable branch
  2. Go to Settings / Vouchers
  3. Click Create voucher
  4. Give it a name
  5. Select Cashback as type
  6. Select which payment methods are eligible
  7. Select which percentage of the amount paid the user should get in return
  8. Further edit the voucher in the voucher quick-view and activate it when you are ready

Let's say that you have partnered with Mastercard which gives vouchers double the value of what they paid.

For example, you can set it this way:

  • Name: Mastercard 100%
  • Type: Cashback
  • Payment methods: Mastercard
  • Value: 100%

Notes

Eligible settlements:

  • user buys a package
  • user settles a negative balance

When a user pays with Apple Pay or PayPal the respective credit card will also be detected and a voucher issued.

Also please note that disabling any voucherable prevents the users from redeeming it. It does not deactivate the already redeemed voucher for the users.
