DEVICE CLOUD


Use Case

The Device Cloud is designed to shared mobility operators who already have a middleware : (application, internal fleet management system, etc.), and wish to have access to our dashboard (the back-office) in order to "troubleshoot" (communicate) with the vehicles.

Setup

The open API documentation can be checked for the setup of the Device Cloud under: https://devices-api.docs.gourban.co/

After you have chosen this service plan, the goUrban tech team will sync with your internal tech team on the integration.

Your login credentials will be created after all commercials have been settled.

 

Support

Email support is included in this package.

You will find further information on the service level agreements in your contract.

Full access to Device Cloud API.

STARTER PACKAGE

Use Case
The Starter Package is designed for new or existing operators who have small and agile fleets size (up to 200) vehicles or where the business case does not require further functionalities.

The starter Package is made for hands-on Entrepreneurs of Shared Mobility.

 

Setup
You will receive all the basic functionalities you need to start your operations, with the Starter package.

Your onboarding process starts according to your agreement after all commercials are settled and all essentials have been submitted by you.

You will get access to the dashboard, the service app, and the white-label during the setup.

Use Case
The Pro Package is designed for experienced operators, complex use cases, or fleets of over 200 vehicles.

You will have access to all features from the goUrban software, along with the possibility to get access to our APIs according to the pricing mentioned in your contract.

 

Setup
You will receive full access to the goUrban environment with the Pro Package. All functionalities and features that are available, will open you the possibility to scale your operations from under a hundred to several thousand vehicles.

Your onboarding process starts according to your agreement after all commercials are settled and all essentials have been submitted by you.

You will get access to the dashboard, the service app, and the white-label during the setup.

Use Case

The Enterprise Package is designed for large shared mobility operators with complex use cases and a fleet above 3000 vehicles (Micro-Mobility) or 500+ for car sharing.

The Enterprise Package will empower shared mobility operators with a modular approach.

After a deep analysis of the needs of shared mobility operators (pain points, process optimization, etc), goUrban suggests to large operators access to the goUrban platform via modules:
