Service operations

The goal of this module is to eliminate manual performance tracking of operations teams using spreadsheets and similar tools by providing insights to fleet managers and supervisors that will help them plan their operations in a more efficient way

Service teams are in charge of inspecting and cleaning the vehicles, relocating them if necessary, swapping the batteries in the streets, taking the vehicles to the chargers, and fixing smaller vehicle issues on the spot, or more serious issues in the workshop. Service teams will also be included when new vehicles are introduced into the fleet, or when old ones are being retired.

With the insights provided, you can organize operations in a more efficient way, understand the execution of these plans and be able to compare results. It will allow you to identify the top performers in the team or potential candidates for improvement, and to compare teams of different branches for example.

The current functionality of the Service operations module is consisted of:

  • A page that only shows the service operation team members (service agents tab)
    • Productivity and overview page of a single service worker
      • Total count of vehicles maintained
      • Total count of batteries swapped
      • Average time to do maintenance
      • Charts to show maintenance count and battery swap count over time (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly)
    • Activity log page of a single service worker
      • A list of all maintenance events in a selected time frame consisted of:
        • Vehicle information (ID, license plate, vehicle category)
        • Actions executed and commands sent to the vehicle
        • Tracked vehicle movement during the maintenance

  • Productivity and overview page of the whole team
    • Total count of vehicles maintained
    • Total count of batteries swapped
    • Average time to do maintenance
    • Charts to show maintenance count and battery swap count over time (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly

All pages can be filtered by time (start/end date) and by the branch, in order to show either the data for the whole team (top branch selected) or for a specific branch and its child branches.
Note: This feature can only be turned on or off for the whole dashboard. Once it is turned on it will only be visible to users who are assigned as Fleet Managers or Admins.
