Selecting a branch

The new branch structure and functionalities are being rolled out to goUrbans customers consecutive

In order for an operator to work within one branch, you first need to select the branch which you'd like to work on.

💡 Selected branch is being saved within user browser, so in case a user navigates away from dashboard, once they return, same the branch will remain active for them.

A user can see already selected branch as top item in the menu as shown in the image below.

Steps to change selected branch:

On the left hand side menu bar, click on currently selected branch, and then the branch selector modal will open

Select the branch you’d like you’d like to use
Click on Select button on bottom right corner
The modal will close and in the menu, for currently selected branch, newly selected branch name would appear
