      First steps - Downloading the goUrban service app

      The service app lets you access your fleet on the go. Users of the service app can start a vehicle, view tasks, damage, etc.

      Play Store (Android) download steps

      You can download and install the goUrban service app on Android devices with the operating system Android 5.0 and newer (API level 21 and newer.) Head to the Google Play store and follow these steps:

      1. Tap the Google Play icon.
      2. Tap the search bar, type goService , then tap Search.
      3. Select the goService icon and tap INSTALL.
      4. After app installation is complete, tap OPEN.
      5. In the goService app, tap LOG IN if you have an account or tap SIGN UP to create one.

      App Store (iOS) download steps

      You can download and install the goService app on devices with iOS 11.0 and newer. Open the App Store on your mobile device, then follow the steps below:

      1. Tap “Search” in the menu bar at the bottom, then type “goService” in the search bar
      2. Select “goUrban” from the search results
      3. Next to the goUrban icon, tap “Get.” You may be required to enter your Apple ID or password.
      4. When the download is complete, “Get” will change to “Open.” Tap “Open” to open the app.
      5. In the goService app, enter your tenant code and sign in
