Custom dashboard

You have the possibility to create your own dashboard page. This page is unique to you so that you can customize it to your own needs and facilitate your everyday job.

A custom dashboard is a feature that allows users to create unique and personalized views of their data. This feature provides the ability to organize and present data in a way that is meaningful to the user. Custom dashboards are especially useful when working with large amounts of data, as they help simplify complex information and make it easier to analyze.

Enable and use the custom dashboard:

How to enable this feature?

This feature has been enabled globally for all users. To do so:

1. Click the Apps icon in the dashboard side-menu
2. Find the Custom dashboard page app under Available apps
3. Click the Activate button

As soon as this feature is activated, you and all other users will see a new dashboard icon in the dashboard menu.

How to use this feature?

First, go to the custom dashboard page by clicking the icon in the menu.

Select the branch for which you want to create a custom page. You can create a custom page for each and every branch.

• Click the Add widget link or the + icon at the bottom right of the page to open the list of widgets
• Select a widget from the list
• The widget will be added to the page
• You can move and resize that widget

Now that you have configured your first page, you can easily go to another branch and add widgets or duplicate a page that you have already configured.

Important: this page is unique to you. Other users won't see this page.

How to make this page the dashboard page by default?

• Click your avatar in the top right of the dashboard
• Click Profile
• Go to the Advanced tab in the user quick-view
• Choose Overview on the dashboard default page
