Balances (Billable only)

Get an overview of the balance for the selected billable branch.

Note: This tab will only be visible when a billable branch is selected.

Open Balance Amount

This shows the open balance for the selected settings.

Balance breakdown

In the pie chart, the breakdown in percentage for the given settings is shown. The total numbers, as well as the percentage, are displayed in the table below the chart.

There are three different possibilities for a user-balance :

• Zero: The user does not have a positive or negative balance.
• Positive: The user has a positive balance, if the user bought a package or got a balance top up of any kind.
• Negative: The user has a negative balance, if the user has used up more than the positive balance or he never had a positive balance.

Note: There is a minimum balance settlement amount. By default, this is set to -0,8 for any currency and can be adapted at any time in the settings.
